Internal Rules of the villa Kintu Perlas.

  • Arrival of the guests at the villas from 3:00 p.m., departure until 11:00 a.m.
  • Upon arrival at the villa, the guest (except for Booking.com guests) signs a shorthold tenancy agreement, indicating the data of a natural person/legal entity.
  • A guest pays an advance by a bank transfer to the specified account, the remaining amount shall be paid in cash no later than the first day of arrival.
  • Rest hours from 11:00 p.m. to 08:00 a.m. The noisemakers are evicted for grossly disturbing the peace and/or disturbing the rest of other holidaymakers. The money paid shall not be refunded.
  • The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons actually living in his/her villa and for compliance with these rules.
  • The guests are obliged to compensate damage caused by their actions/inaction to the property or property interests of Kintu Perlas and damage to third parties, including lost income of Kintu Perlas, in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The adult registered in the villa is responsible for compensation for damage caused to the villa. If necessary, administrative staff have the right to call the police and/or security services.
  • Please note — usually trampolines are designed for a total weight of up to 150 kg, the safety of minors is the responsibility of their parents/guardians.
  • The holidaymakers must comply with fire safety rules — when leaving the villa for a longer period of time, they must turn off working electrical appliances, ovens and stoves. Therefore, the holidaymakers must maintain and properly handle outdoor barbecues/rotisseries, not leave them unattended, and completely extinguish the embers after use.
  • If staying in more than one of the four houses of the villa, the inventory belonging to the House can not be taken to another house.
  • The administration has the right to evict holidaymakers who do not comply with and grossly violate the internal rules of the villas, as well as demand compensation for damages and losses.
  • When leaving, please return the key and the gate remote control. A fine of EUR 20 is applied for the loss of the key, and a fine of EUR 80 for the loss of the remote control.
  • The holidaymakers living in the territory of the villa can receive guests who do not live in the accommodation facility only until 23:00.
  • Services ordered on the territory of the villa (hot tub, inflatable trampoline, grill chef’s cooking…) can only be ordered from our villa partners and only after coordination with the villa administration.
  • Upon arrival, a security deposit of EUR 150 FOR EACH VILLA (CASH ONLY) is required. If no damage is done, it is returned on the day of leaving.
  • Pets are allowed in the villa for an extra charge of EUR 20 per night.
  • The guests’ pets can only be walked on a leash in the entire territory of the villa, it is forbidden to let pets run freely in the territory of the villas. It is strictly forbidden to allow pets to defecate on the decorative plants and flowers growing on the territory. Pet owners must pick up all of their pet’s feces immediately. A fine of EUR 30 is applied for non-compliance with the rules stipulated in this paragraph.
  • Smoking in any form (hookah, electronic cigarettes, regular cigarettes) is prohibited in the rooms. The deposit is non-refundable for smoking inside the house.
  • Towels and bed linen cannot be used for outdoor entertainment.
  • It is strictly forbidden to carry outdoor furniture indoors and to carry indoor furniture outdoors. The deposit will not be refunded for non-compliance with rules.
  • Dear guests, we kindly ask you to protect and conserve our property. We hope you will feel comfortable during your stay. Since there come insolent guests, the Civil Code provides that the Landlord of the property has the right to recover property damage from the tenant.
