The reservation fee can be paid in the following ways:
- By bank transfer
- In cash
- By bank card
In the e-shop, payments are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, the controller of which is Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, reg. no.:12268475), therefore, your personal information necessary for the execution and confirmation of the payment will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
Invoices are issued for companies.
A deposit of EUR 150 for each villa is applied on the day of the arrival (CASH ONLY), which is not returned/credited to the damage compensation account in case of loss of keys or other losses incurred due to the tenant’s fault.
